Christopher Ryan is an American author and psychologist best known as the coauthor of the New York Times bestseller Sex at Dawn: How We Mate, Why We Stray, and What It Means for Modern Relationships, written with Cacilda Jethá. He later wrote Civilized to Death: The Price of Progress, and has also developed his ideas about human behavior, sexuality, culture, and civilization through essays and his Tangentially Speaking podcast.
