J.T. Patten is a former intelligence specialist who worked with government and military special-operations communities. He began publishing with the Safe Havens black-ops thrillers, later signing a three-book deal with Kensington for the Task Force Orange series. His writing blends firsthand knowledge of covert operations, counterterrorism, and intelligence work with dark, fast-paced plots, and he has also expanded into supernatural horror and dark fiction.
