Cordelia Strube is a Canadian novelist and playwright who began her career as an actor and radio dramatist, winning a CBC Literary Competition award for her first radio play. She published her debut novel, Alex & Zee, in 1994 and has since written numerous critically acclaimed novels, including Teaching Pigs to Sing, Lemon, On the Shores of Darkness, There Is Light, and At Sea in a Sieve. Her work has received major Canadian literary nominations and awards, including the 2016 City of Toronto Book Award.
