Finn Murphy is an American author and longtime long-haul mover and trucker who began working on the road in 1980. His writing career began with The Long Haul: A Trucker's Tales of Life on the Road (2017), a national bestselling memoir, followed by Rocky Mountain High: A Tale of Boom and Bust in the New Wild West (2023), a memoir about his failed hemp-farming venture in Colorado.
