Catherine Law is a British author of historical romantic novels set mainly in the first half of the 20th century, particularly during the First and Second World Wars. Her first novel, A Season of Leaves, was published in 2008 and was inspired by her great-aunt’s wartime experiences. After working as a subeditor for glossy home-interiors magazines, she left full-time journalism to concentrate on writing; she lives in Margate, Kent.
