David Levien is an American novelist, screenwriter, director, and producer. He is the author of six novels, including the four-book Frank Behr detective-thriller series: City of the Sun, Where the Dead Lay, Thirteen Million Dollar Pop, and Signature Kill. He has also written for film and television, co-creating and executive producing Billions and Super Pumped, and his work has been nominated for Edgar, Hammett, Shamus, and Barry awards.
