Brian Windhorst is an American sportswriter and author who began covering LeBron James in 1999 and later served as the Cleveland Cavaliers beat writer for the Akron Beacon Journal and The Plain Dealer. He joined ESPN in 2010 and has written or co-written several NBA books, including LeBron, Inc., Return of the King, The Franchise, and The Making of an MVP.
