Sara Herchenroether is an Ohio-based novelist who studied English at Northwestern University and taught American Literature and AP English in New York City and New Haven. Her debut novel, The Night Flowers, was published by Tin House in 2023; her follow-up, The Murder of Harry Houdini, is forthcoming from Little A in 2026. Her fiction blends crime-solving, psychological suspense, historical settings, and supernatural elements.
