Sam Walker is an author and veteran journalist whose writing career spans more than two decades at The Wall Street Journal. He has worked as a reporter, sports columnist, leadership columnist, and editor, and founded the Journal’s prizewinning daily sports coverage in 2009. He is the author of Fantasyland, about his quest to become a top fantasy-baseball expert, and The Captain Class, an analysis of leadership among history’s greatest sports teams.
