Louisa Treger is a British author of historical and biographical fiction focused on the lives of overlooked, unconventional women. She is the author of five novels—The Lodger, The Dragon Lady, Madwoman, The Paris Muse, and A Fatal Love—which draw on the stories of figures including Dorothy Richardson, Lady Virginia Courtauld, Nellie Bly, Dora Maar, and Ruth Ellis.
