Charlie Gallagher is a British crime-thriller author whose writing career began with Bodily Harm, the first book in his Langthorne Police series, published in 2017. A former UK police officer who worked in frontline response, specialist tactics, and serious-crime investigations, he draws on that experience in his Detective Maddie Ives, George Elms, Abigail Morton, and standalone novels. He later left policing to write full time.
