C.S. Garrand is a science-fiction author who began writing professionally after spending most of his career in finance, consumer packaged goods, trucking, and logistics. His debut series, Humanity's Leap, follows humanity's expansion into space through the perspective of an artificial intelligence and explores technology, ethics, military conflict, and first contact. Garrand is continuing to expand the series while building a long-term writing career.
