Nancy Tucker is a British author from West London whose writing career began with The Time in Between (2015), a memoir about eating disorders and recovery. Her second nonfiction book, That Was When People Started to Worry (2018), explored mental illness among young women through interviews and composite narratives. She made her fiction debut with The First Day of Spring (2021), a psychological thriller about childhood trauma, violence, guilt, and redemption.
