Victor Zugg is a former U.S. Air Force officer and OSI special agent who later worked for ten years as a criminal investigator with the Florida Department of Revenue. He has written historical nonfiction articles and now focuses primarily on fiction, drawing on his interest in history, mysteries, human survival, dystopian settings, ocean adventure, and time travel. He lives in Florida near his hometown of Orlando.
