Harry Dolan is an American mystery and suspense novelist, best known for the David Loogan series and the standalone novels The Man in the Crooked Hat, The Good Killer, and Don't Turn Around. He studied philosophy and fiction writing at Colgate University, later earned a master's degree in philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and has worked as a freelance editor. A native of Rome, New York, he lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
