Mason Currey is a Los Angeles-based writer and editor best known for the Daily Rituals books, which profile the working habits and routines of artists, writers, and other creative people. He began the Daily Routines blog in 2007 before turning it into Daily Rituals: How Artists Work, followed by Daily Rituals: Women at Work and Making Art and Making a Living. Currey has held editorial positions at Metropolis, Print, and Core77, and his freelance writing has appeared in The New Yorker, The New York Times, The Atlantic, and Slate.
