Shavonne Clarke writes fantasy under the name S.W. Clarke, including urban fantasy, romantasy, and fantasy-romance series such as Academy of Shadowed Magic, Mortality Bound, Setting Fires with Dragons, and Crown of Feyreign. She has published more than twenty novels, holds an MFA in creative writing, and is also a fiction editor and founder of Motif Edits. Clarke lives in Washington, D.C., with her partner and two cats.
