Lloyd Devereux Richards is an American novelist who wrote his debut thriller, Stone Maidens, over 14 years while working full-time as a corporate attorney and raising three children in Vermont. Published in 2012, the novel became a bestseller more than a decade later after a viral TikTok by his daughter. He followed it with the sequel Maidens of the Cave and the standalone crime thriller The Runner.
