Adele Myers is the author of The Tobacco Wives, her debut novel and an Indie Next and Barnes & Noble Discover Pick. She grew up in Asheville, North Carolina, earned a journalism degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and later moved to New York, where she worked in advertising and teaches as an adjunct professor. Her fiction draws on family history and explores women’s lives, social change, and corporate power.
