Laura Resau is an award-winning author of fiction for children, teens, and adults, known for globally set stories shaped by her experiences in cultural anthropology, language study, and life abroad in Provence and Oaxaca. She has written eleven acclaimed books for young people, including Virch, and adult novels including The Alchemy of Flowers and The River Muse. She teaches graduate creative writing at Western Colorado University.
