Michelle Shocklee is an award-winning author of historical and inspirational fiction. She has written several historical novels, including All We Thought We Knew, Appalachian Song, Count the Nights by Stars, Under the Tulip Tree, and The Women of Oak Ridge; her work has also appeared in Chicken Soup for the Soul books, magazines, and blogs. She lives in Tennessee, where she draws inspiration from the historical sites and regional settings featured in her fiction.
