J.S. Dewes is a science-fiction novelist, video-game writer, and filmmaker. After studying film production, she worked as a cinematographer, video editor, and screenwriter on independent films and shorts before moving into writing for triple-A science-fiction video games. Her novels include The Divide series—The Last Watch, The Exiled Fleet, and The Relentless Legion—as well as the standalone military science-fiction novel Rubicon, published by Tor Books.
