Her Lindsey Ryan series, including While Nobody Is Watching and Hidden in Plain Sight, draws on her experience as an Irish infantry soldier and United Nations Peacekeeper. She later expanded into standalone thrillers such as The Good Girl, The Hotel Maid, A Good Mother, The Imaginary Friend, and Burning Secrets.
