Christian Davenport is an author and journalist who served as a staff writer at The Washington Post for more than twenty-five years, most recently covering the space industry. His writing focuses on space exploration, defense, technology, and the people and companies driving the commercial space race. He is the author of The Space Barons and Rocket Dreams, and has contributed to Pulitzer Prize-finalist reporting teams and received an Emmy Award for spaceflight coverage.
