J.R. Leigh is the cozy-crime pen name associated with USA Today bestselling author Judy Leigh. Leigh began publishing novels after earning a master’s degree in Professional Writing from Falmouth University; her first novel, A Grand Old Time, appeared in 2018. She joined Boldwood Books in 2020 and writes character-led stories featuring amateur sleuths, older protagonists, humor, friendship and second chances, including the Morwenna Mutton mysteries.
