Karin Salvalaggio is an American crime-fiction author born in West Virginia who has lived in London since 1994. She earned an MA in Creative Writing from Birkbeck, University of London; her short story “Walleye Junction” appeared in The Mechanics’ Institute Review in 2011, followed by her debut novel, Bone Dust White, in 2014. She wrote four novels in the Montana-set Macy Greeley Mystery Series: Bone Dust White, Burnt River, Walleye Junction, and Silent Rain.
