Susan Trott is an American novelist and short-story writer who began publishing in the 1960s and published her first novel, Mr. Privacy, in 1972. She went on to write children’s books and adult novels, including The Holy Man, Divorcing Daddy, Crane Spreads Wings, and Flamingo Thief. The Holy Man and The Holy Man’s Journey were adapted into the Audible drama The Man on the Mountaintop.
