Tanya Landman is an English author of more than forty books for children and young adults. She began writing after developing the idea for Waking Merlin, then went on to write adventure stories, children’s murder mysteries, picture books, and historical fiction. She is best known for her prize-winning historical thrillers, including Buffalo Soldier, which won the 2015 Carnegie Medal.
