Sam Quek is a British former Olympic field hockey player and television presenter who began her writing career with the autobiographical book Sam Quek: Hope and a Hockey Stick (2018). She later wrote Roar: A Celebration of Great Sporting Women (2024), a nonfiction book featuring interviews and stories about prominent female athletes and the challenges facing women in sport.
