Christine Mangan is the author of the international bestseller Tangerine, followed by Palace of the Drowned and The Continental Affair. She holds a Ph.D. in English from University College Dublin, where she focused on eighteenth-century Gothic literature, and an MFA in fiction writing from the University of Southern Maine. Her novels are known for atmospheric settings, psychologically complex characters, and suspenseful stories.
