Jacqueline Firkins is a writer and costume designer who teaches in the University of British Columbia’s Department of Theatre & Film. She began publishing with young adult contemporary romances, including Hearts, Strings, and Other Breakable Things and How Not to Fall in Love, before moving into adult romance with Marlowe Banks, Redesigned. Her later novels include The Predictable Heartbreaks of Imogen Finch, The Goode Girls of Maple Lane, and Philippa Flynn’s Year of Panic and Piracy.
