Syougo Kinugasa (衣笠彰梧) is a Japanese game scenario writer and light-novel author. He began his writing career as the scenario writer for the 2008 visual novel Akatsuki no Goei, collaborating with illustrator Shunsaku Tomose. The pair later created Classroom of the Elite, Kinugasa’s best-known light-novel series, which began publication in 2015.
