Tim Murphy is a novelist and journalist whose fiction includes Christodora, Correspondents, and Speech Team, as well as the earlier novels Getting Off Clean and The Breeders Box, published under the name Timothy Murphy. He has spent decades reporting on HIV/AIDS and LGBTQ+ issues for publications including The New York Times, New York, Out, The Nation, and POZ. Christodora was longlisted for the 2017 Andrew Carnegie Medal for Excellence in Fiction.
