Ed Falco is an American novelist, short-story writer, poet, playwright, and electronic-literature author. Born in Los Angeles and raised in Brooklyn, he has published novels including The Family Corleone, Toughs, and Transcendent Gardening, along with numerous story and poetry collections. He taught creative writing at Virginia Tech, where he directed the MFA program, and has received an NEA fellowship and several literary awards.
