H.D.A. Roberts is the pen name of Henry Roberts, who was born in Hong Kong and lived in several tropical regions before settling in the United Kingdom. After earning degrees in biological sciences, he became a full-time writer based in Norfolk, East Anglia. He is best known for The Magician’s Brother, an eight-book fantasy series that began with The Magician’s Brother in 2018, following his earlier novel Magician’s Fall.
