Julie Salamon is an American author and journalist who began her writing career as a business reporter and later film critic for The Wall Street Journal. She subsequently wrote for The New York Times and major magazines, while publishing fiction, memoir, biography, cultural criticism, true crime, and books for children. She is the author of 13 books, including Wendy and the Lost Boys, The Devil’s Candy, Hospital, and One More Story, Tata!, and has also created audio memoir and podcast projects.
