Malka Marom is a Canadian writer, journalist, broadcaster, documentary filmmaker, and former folksinger who began her career in the 1960s as part of the international folk-music duo Malka & Joso. She later produced award-winning radio documentaries and interviews with artists including Joni Mitchell and Leonard Cohen. Her writing includes the novel Sulha, the memoir Only the Story Remains, and Joni Mitchell: In Her Own Words, a book of conversations drawn from her decades-long friendship with Mitchell.
