Bob Stanley is a British music journalist, author, DJ, and record-label owner who has written for publications including NME, Melody Maker, Mojo, The Guardian, and The Times. He is best known for his books on popular music, including Yeah Yeah Yeah: The Story of Modern Pop, Let's Do It: The Birth of Pop Music, and The Story of the Bee Gees. He is also the cofounder and keyboard player of the pop group Saint Etienne.
