Janice Okoh is a British-Nigerian playwright, screenwriter, and radio dramatist. After earning an MA in Creative Writing from the University of East Anglia, she won the 2011 Bruntwood Prize for Playwriting for Three Birds. Her work spans theatre, radio, and television, including Egusi Soup, The Gift, Sanditon, and the BBC drama Just Act Normal; Girl Number 8 is her debut novel.
