Anna-Lou Weatherley began her award-winning career in women’s journalism, later editing J-17 and Smash Hits and contributing to magazines and newspapers for more than two decades. She went on to become a full-time novelist, writing the DCI Dan Riley crime series alongside standalone psychological thrillers and women’s fiction. Her books have been translated into multiple languages and published internationally.
