Stuart Clark is an astrophysicist, astronomy journalist, and author who has made a career of explaining complex astronomy and cosmology to general readers. Since becoming a full-time writer in 2001, he has published numerous popular-science books, written for outlets including New Scientist, The Guardian, The Times, the BBC, and the European Space Agency, and authored a trilogy of historical novels about pivotal figures in the history of astronomy and physics.
