Toby Halbrooks is an American filmmaker, screenwriter, and producer from Dallas, Texas. After touring internationally for six years as a member of The Polyphonic Spree, he moved into commercial and independent film production. He co-wrote Pete’s Dragon and Peter Pan & Wendy, and co-authored the children’s picture book Pete’s Dragon: Elliot Gets Lost with David Lowery.
