Anna North is an American novelist and journalist who graduated from the Iowa Writers’ Workshop. She is the author of four novels—Bog Queen, Outlawed, America Pacifica, and The Life and Death of Sophie Stark—and has worked as a writer and editor for The New York Times, Salon, BuzzFeed, and Jezebel. She is also a senior correspondent at Vox and lives in Brooklyn.
