Pete Holmes is an American comedian, writer, cartoonist, screenwriter, and podcaster. His writing career includes cartoons published in The New Yorker, television writing and creation of the semi-autobiographical HBO series Crashing, and the memoir and spiritual inquiry Comedy Sex God. He is also the author and performer of several stand-up comedy audiobook specials, including Impregnated with Wonder and Nice Try, the Devil.
