He coauthored Algorithms to Live By: The Computer Science of Human Decisions with Brian Christian and wrote The Laws of Thought: The Quest for a Mathematical Theory of the Mind. His work explores human reasoning, decision-making, artificial intelligence, and mathematical models of thought.
