Petra Lord is a biracial trans author and the New York Times and Indie bestselling debut novelist of Queen of Faces, a young adult fantasy about magic, body-swapping, identity, and self-discovery. She earned a BFA in TV Writing from New York University and developed the novel’s premise while attending film school; she is based in Los Angeles and is working on the sequel.
