Michael Dante DiMartino is an American writer, producer, and animation director best known as the co-creator of Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra. He has written Avatar graphic novels, the middle-grade fantasy novels Rebel Genius and Warrior Genius, and the Audible Original audio drama Sundown: A Time Capsule Society Mystery. He also contributed to the Avatar: The Last Airbender Kyoshi novels and continues to write across animation, graphic novels, audio fiction, and prose.
