Ariana Harwicz is an Argentine writer born in Buenos Aires in 1977 who has lived in rural France since 2007. She studied comparative literature at the Sorbonne and began her novel-writing career with Matate, amor (2012), translated into English as Die, My Love. Her acclaimed, internationally translated fiction includes Feebleminded, Tender, Degenerado, and Unfit; Die, My Love was longlisted for the 2018 Man Booker International Prize.
