Simon Sebag Montefiore is a prizewinning British historian, novelist, and television presenter. He began his writing career as a journalist and war correspondent before becoming known for bestselling works of popular history and biography, especially on Russia, Stalin, the Romanovs, Jerusalem, and world history. He also writes historical fiction, including the Moscow Trilogy, and children’s books co-written with Santa Montefiore.
