Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo is a British-born Tibetan Buddhist nun, teacher, and writer in the Drukpa Kagyu tradition. Her books, including Into the Heart of Life, The Heroic Heart, and Change Your Mind, Change Your Life, present Tibetan Buddhist teachings on meditation, mind training, compassion, and spiritual practice for modern readers. She is also the founder of Dongyu Gatsal Ling Nunnery in India.
